HOW DOES OVERTIME AFFECT CHILD SUPPORT?

Child Support calculation will include overtime if it is a regular occurrence. If a wage earner does not believe overtime should be included, they should be prepared to show the overtime has a scheduled ending date or that it is limited in duration for some reason. A practice tip might include calling a supervisor to testify that the overtime is not guaranteed and is, in fact, unlikely to continue.
